How to disable IE Enhanced Security on Windows Server

After finishing Windows Server installation it is not possible to browse any website like a normal browser in Internet Explorer, a security alert will be shown like this -

This is because of Internet Explorer Enhanced Security which is enabled by default on Windows Servers.In this article, I will show you how can you disable Internet Explorer Enhanced Security to fix this issue.

To get started open Server Manager and switch to Local Server tab -

Find this option within Properties window -

Click on it and then select Off for both Administrators and Users -

Click OK to save the settings and all done. Internet Explorer should now allow to visit any website without that security alert.
